Client Support News - Hong Kong

Princess_54_01_optChart Victory Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Konglisted company China Haidian Holdings Limited, has recently been appointed the official sole distributor for Princess Yachts, one of the leading British luxury yacht builders, in Hong Kong. Ketchum Hong Kong supported China Haidian to officially announce the collaboration in April.

With a global distribution network, the British luxury yachts builder was acquired by L Capital 2 FCPR, an investment group sponsored by Group Arnault and LVMH, the international luxury brands group, in May 2008.

At the media event, star entertainer Myolie Wu Hang-yee was invited to join Hon Kwok-lung, chairman of China Haidian and Douglas Culverwell, senior sales manager of Princess Yachts International plc, to co-host the Set Sail Ceremony. Wu was selected as her iconic elegance was considered a perfect match to the Princess Yachts brand. Some of the latest yacht models were introduced during the event which was attended by a total of 35 reporters from 27 media outlets including TV, newspapers, lifestyle and boating magazines and online portals. In addition, several media interviews were also conducted for the spokespeople from China Haidian and Princess Yachts.
