Golden Award for Eaton Print
Client Support News - Shanghai

Eaton_CIPRA_Award_2_optEaton China’s sustainability communications program entitled “Maximizing Customer Benefits While Leaving Minimum Environmental Footprint” has won the Golden Award in Corporate PR at the 9th Awards for Excellence in Public Relations organized by the China International Public Relations Association (CIPRA).

“We are extremely honored to receive this award with our partner Ketchum. Eaton is committed to bringing leading global sustainability concepts to China, to developing environmentally friendly industries and to playing our part in fostering sustainable development for the benefit of China’s society and economy,” said Vivian Xiao, senior manager-corporate communications & public affairs, Eaton China.

Ketchum and Eaton started their partnership in corporate communications in Greater China in 2006, and sustainability has always been the focus of the PR program. The Ketchum team has been promoting Eaton’s “Doing Business Right” philosophy, communicating the company’s world-class environment, health and safety performance and the opening of its new Asia Pacific headquarters in Shanghai last year, which pursued the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards, deepening involvement in community work and enriching the work environment for its employees.
