Singapore Airlines celebrated the 10th anniversary of its frequent flyer program, KrisFlyer, in February 2009. Supported by Ketchum Taiwan, Singapore Airlines celebrated this important milestone at their spring media luncheon to thank reporters for their year-long support.
As part of the program, two members-only promotional campaigns were also announced during the event as rewards to Singapore Airlines’ valuable members, as well as to attract new members to join the frequent flyer program.
Singapore Airlines also took the opportunity to announce the relaunch of the American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Gold Credit Card in Taiwan with enhanced benefits to members and frequent flyers.
The luncheon has successfully raised media attention, with 69 reporters attended the event during which a group interview with TV reporters and one-on-one interviews with print journalists were also arranged. 73 news reports have been recorded so far.
